On Not Always Enjoying the Creative Process

Some days I absolutely love the creative process: the moving through each step with meticulous accuracy and thoughtfulness, the journey taking as long as it takes, the challenge at each junction.

And other days I am of the mind of Dorothy L. Sayers when she said, "I don't like to write, but I love having written."
