On Giving Ourselves Care, Courage, and Commitment

I read a horoscope at the start of 2020 that said this would be the year for “Giving ourselves care, courage, and commitment.”

It seems, despite whether one believes in the veracity or accuracy of horoscopes and astrology, that we have indeed needed to give ourselves quite a bit of care, courage, and commitment this year.

I think this is good advice in general.
