On Stopping and Starting

My life as a quilter persists in spite of many stops and starts for various reasons. This is even more so for my art work. Over the past couple of months I have diverted much of my creative energy to craft work. However, I have noticed I have slightly less enthusiasm for these projects than when I work on my art pieces. While I very much enjoy quilting anything, my true creative love lies in the arms of art quilts. This isn’t to say I will relinquish the one in favor of the other. But I am looking forward to getting back to my art quilt when I am finished with the craft project I have before me.
